This study investigates the process of the genus Brucella bacteria controlled cultivation, aimed at obtaining standardized biomass when producing veterinary diagnostic kits. Brucellosis is a chronic zoonotic disease that leads to significant economic losses in livestock farming because of impaired reproductive function, reduced productivity, and trade restrictions. In this regard, the effectiveness of disease monitoring and control programs is directly determined by the reliability of diagnostic tools. This study's results emphasize the urgent need to devise and implement effective preventive strategies, in particular modern vaccine platforms. They are capable of providing reliable protection for people and minimizing economic losses in the agricultural sector. It has been established that the automated bioreactor platform provided an increase in the concentration of Brucella biomass by 1.8 times while simultaneously reducing the duration of cultivation by 50%. Tests showed that it made it possible to maintain pH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen levels at a stable level. This contributed to the effective growth of microorganisms and the synthesis of immune proteins. Controlled cultivation allowed for an increase in the level of microbial mass accumulation by 40%. The results from different series of experiments remained stable and were characterized by a small level of variability (CV < 4%). The resulting antigens in indirect enzyme immunoassay demonstrated a sensitivity of 99.2% and a specificity of 98.8%. The highest accuracy in maintaining cultivation parameters was recorded in relation to the active acidity of the medium. The advantage of the technological advancement is the simplicity of the design, the possibility of upgrading standard laboratory equipment, as well as its use even at small laboratories with proper standardization and biosafety
