The current experiment entitled, "Assessment of Genetic Variability, Heritability, and Correlation Studie in Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)”, was conducted for experimentation focus at field of Department of Horticulture, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj, during September to January 2025-2026. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 20 Genotypes with 3 replications. Based on the mean performance across twenty quantitative characters including number of clusters per plant (11.40), average fruit weight (70.47g), fruit yield per plant (3.21 kg/plant), fruit yield per plot (28.85 kg/plot), fruit yield (118.62 t/ha) - Kashi Aman exhibited substantially higher yield and performed better for other desirable traits. The Moderate magnitude of genotypic coefficient of variance GCV was recorded for Number of branches, number of clusters per plant, Fruit yield (t/ha), Fruit yield per plot, Fruit yield per plant, Days taken for first fruit harvest, Days to first flowering, Number of days to marketable maturity, Test weight. The most elevated magnitude of the phenotypic coefficient of variance PCV was recorded for Number of branches. High heritability was recorded for Number of branches, Fruit yield, number of clusters per plant, days taken for first fruit harvest, fruit yield per plot, days to first fruiting, days to first flowering, number of days to marketable maturity, fruit yield per plant, test weight, pericarp thickness, days to 50% flowering, plant height, average number of fruits per plant, average fruit weight, vitamin C content, and total Soluble Solids. High genetic advance was observed for Fruit yield, and Days taken for first fruit harvest. High genetic advance as % of mean was recorded for Number of branches, Fruit yield, Fruit yield per plot, Fruit yield per plant, Number of clusters per plant, Days taken for first fruit harvest, Days to first fruiting, and Number of days to marketable maturity. Genotypic Correlation coefficient and phenotypic correlation coefficient analysis revealed that Fruit yield per hectare exhibited highly significant and positive correlation with Number of clusters per plant, Average number of fruits per plant, Average fruit weight (g), Fruit yield per plant (kg), and Fruit yield per plot (kg).
