Dataset for "Longitudinal Peripheral DNA Methylation Remodeling Following Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in Major Depressive Disorder"

This dataset corresponds to Supplementary Table S1 of the manuscript “Longitudinal Peripheral DNA Methylation Remodeling Following Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in Major Depressive Disorder.” The dataset contains the probe-level DNA methylation data and associated statistical information underlying the analyses reported in the manuscript. Genome-wide DNA methylation was assessed using the Illumina MethylationEPIC v2.0 BeadChip. Raw array data were processed in R using the SeSAMe QCDPB workflow, followed by probe-level quality control and downstream statistical and stability-based filtering as described in the manuscript. The deposited table provides the data used to evaluate longitudinal methylation changes across the study assessments and supports the results reported in the accompanying manuscript. Detailed information regarding the study design, biological sampling, preprocessing procedures, statistical analyses, and filtering criteria is provided in the manuscript and its supplementary methods. This dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent evaluation of the findings reported in the associated publication.
