v0.13.3 New --semibin-mode — single (default, unchanged) or multi to co-bin several assemblies together (pass multiple --assembly files). Multi mode ignores --semibin-model. --short-read-mapper — strobealign (default), minimap2, rammap, minibwa, bwa-mem, bwa-mem2, or strobealign-aemb (fast direct abundance estimate; coverage-only, no polishing/model support). --long-read-mapper — rammap (default), minimap2, or minibwa (not used for polishing). Default aligners are now strobealign (short) and rammap (long), matching CoverM 0.8's own default. --short-read-mapper-model / --long-read-mapper-model — explicit CoverM preset for mappers that support more than one (minimap2, rammap). --minibwa-params, --bwa-params, --strobealign-params, --minimap2-params, --rammap-params — raw passthrough parameters for the matching aligner.
