Le résumé fourni par la source
Dataset used to examine whether 10 days of moderate-intensity cycling in the heat enhances exercise adaptation compared with matched thermoneutral cycling in healthy, physically active women. Participants completed preliminary testing, 10 consecutive daily cycling sessions, and experimental exercise trials before and after the intervention under neutral, heat, and normobaric hypoxic conditions. Data are included for intervention-session outcomes, resting and venous blood outcomes, and submaximal and maximal exercise responses. Submaximal exercise data correspond to 60-s averages at the end of a 15-min constant-load cycling stage at 40% maximal aerobic power. Maximal exercise data correspond to a 20-s window aligned with peak oxygen uptake during an incremental exercise test to exhaustion. Values reflect the final processed dataset after quality-control procedures.
