This research paper provides an overview of precision cancer medicine in the modern era of molecular targeting, immunotherapy, and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). It examines how advances in molecular profiling, genomic analysis, and biomarker identification have transformed cancer diagnosis, treatment selection, and patient management. The paper highlights the role of targeted therapies in selectively interfering with specific oncogenic pathways and discusses the growing importance of immunotherapeutic approaches in enhancing the immune system’s ability to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. Particular attention is given to antibody–drug conjugates, which combine the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the cytotoxic activity of therapeutic agents to achieve targeted delivery to cancer cells. The study also discusses the potential benefits, limitations, treatment resistance, toxicity, and challenges associated with integrating these approaches into personalized oncology.
