CCI-related LEADER projects in the EU CAP Network Good Practice database: LLM-assisted coding of field, problem, actor, action and territorial scale

coding output of 1,528 projects in the EU CAP Network Good Practice database (17 November 2025). Each record gives the project identifier and title, the source URL, the country, the start year and the budget and funding fields as published. Five coded dimensions follow: field of activity, problem addressed, actor type, action type and territorial scale. Codes were produced with a large language model (gpt-5-mini, called through the OpenAI API) using closed category lists, written decision rules and a no-inference instruction. Each project was coded five times; the dataset gives the five run-level labels, the majority label and a stability flag.
