Estimand-aware measurement of translational knowledge uptake in biomedical literature: fixed-horizon events, empirical support, and dependence auditing
Résumé fourni par la source
This software release accompanies the manuscript “ Estimand-aware measurement of translational knowledge uptake in biomedical literature: fixed-horizon events, empirical support, and dependence auditing ”. The archive provides the curated and path-sanitized code used for literature-corpus acquisition and enrichment, source-analysis continuation, fixed-horizon event and cross-project dependence auditing, retained custom-estimand analyses, final support-aware FIX2 synthesis, and deterministic generation of the manuscript data figures. The analytical workflow distinguishes final common-module evidence from earlier diagnostic analyses. Final common-module estimates are generated by the support-aware FIX2 workflow, whereas non-commensurate questions retain their natural temporal, interaction, entity-level, divergence, or multi-category estimands. Raw third-party records from OpenAlex, PubMed/PMC, NIH iCite, and PubTator, as well as private API credentials and local caches, are not included. The archive contains sanitized configuration files, dependency information, reproducibility instructions, source-selection audits, validation information, and SHA256 manifests. Version 1.0.0.
