This document presents the research model developed to identify and quantify the factors influencing the acceptance of adaptive opaque façades within the ZERAF project, funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101098490. Building upon the stakeholder and market analyses presented in Deliverable 5.1, this report aims to provide an evidence-based understanding of the behavioural determinants that influence both the adoption intention of adaptive opaque façades in new buildings and the intention to change from conventional façade systems to adaptive opaque façades in existing buildings. By identifying the main drivers and barriers across different European countries, this work provides practical recommendations to support the market uptake of ZERAF solutions and contributes to the development of targeted exploitation and commercialization strategies.
