GAL-2 Node v1.0.0-rc11: 72-Hour Upstream-Outage Endurance Evidence on macOS Apple Silicon and Linux ARM64
Résumé fourni par la source
This record archives founder-operated, real-duration endurance evidence for GAL-2 Node v1.0.0-rc11 on macOS Apple Silicon and Linux ARM64. Each platform was exercised through a continuous 72-hour upstream-unavailability interval under the declared RC11 holdover policy, followed by hard-authority exhaustion and controlled upstream recovery. The evidence captures application-facing Time Contract behavior, Provider behavior, mode transitions, monotonic continuity, process/runtime identity, host-timing state, recovery, and cryptographic evidence hashes. Across the two platform runs, observed behavior included LIVE, HOLDOVER, DEGRADED, FAIL_CLOSED, and recovery to LIVE. At hard-policy exhaustion, safe consumption was denied and the Provider refused GAL-2 Time consumption rather than silently falling back to raw host time. This is founder-operated engineering evidence, not independent third-party validation and not a metrological accuracy or UTC-traceability claim. GAL-2 does not replace NTP, PTP, GNSS, UTC, or host timing infrastructure. It operates as an application-facing temporal governance layer.
