Instance, solvers, raw logs and generators for the computational study of the article. Contains the Dutch main line railway instance (2401 nodes, 1768 arcs, 805 causal rules, 40 monitored services) built from ProRail open data and the OVapi GTFS feed; the C++ implementation of the arc-based mixed-integer program, the path-based column generation, the certifying branch-cut-and-price and the greedy heuristic; the raw logs behind every reported number; and the scripts that regenerate every table and figure of Section 10 from those logs. Building and running the solvers requires IBM ILOG CPLEX 22.1.2.
