This registration contains the protocol for a scoping review of biomedical knowledge graph applications, methods, real-world utility, and translational impact. The review examines application domains, knowledge graph construction, representation and reasoning methods, validation approaches, and translational progression using the Translational Science Benefits Model and a T0-T4 staging framework.
