Impact of catch-and-release on behaviour, recovery and fate in two fish species: A before-after-control-impact study in a shallow lake
Résumé fourni par la source
This dataset contains whole-lake acoustic telemetry data, catch records, movement-activity time series, Bayesian model outputs, and analysis code for a catch-and-release (CR) study on common carp (Cyprinus carpio, n=43) and Eurasian perch (Perca fluviatilis, n=50) in Kleiner Döllnsee, Germany (2014–2016), comparing movement activity and mortality between CR and control fish under a Before-After-Control-Impact Paired Series (BACIPS) design. Includes: (1) raw fish positions; (2) catch/tagging records; (3) daily movement-activity time series; (4) BACIPS model inputs and posterior outputs; (5) merged per-fish impact parameters, cluster assignments, and mortality outcomes; (6) study lake shoreline shapefile; and (7) R scripts (Scripts/) implementing the full analysis pipeline. See the README for a full file-by-file data dictionary and pipeline order.
