This dataset contains the data extracted from the primary studies included in the systematic review of artificial intelligence and machine learning models for the early diagnosis of mosquito-borne viral infections. The dataset includes study-level information, bibliographic and study setting characteristics, details on input variables and data sources, model characteristics and diagnostic performance metrics, as well as risk-of-bias assessments conducted using PROBAST. A separate worksheet provides model-level data for each study, including confusion matrix components used for the quantitative synthesis of diagnostic performance.
