ProofAML Sanctions & PEP Watchlist Snapshot (version 2026-09-03) is a redistributable snapshot of 56 datasets and 118,770 resolved entity records — sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), and watchlist entities — consolidated and deduplicated from government and intergovernmental publishers including OFAC, the UN Security Council, the EU, UK OFSI, national parliaments, and company registries. Research snapshot — not current data; production sanctions screening requires a live, monitored feed. Licensing: the selection, arrangement, and entity-resolution layer of this compilation is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Every individual record additionally carries its own upstream publisher's license — see the bundled NOTICE file for the full per-source breakdown before redistributing any individual record in isolation. Sources excluded by the fail-closed licensing gate are listed transparently in the bundle's manifest.json "excluded" array.
