ProofAML — European Union Sanctions & PEP Dataset
Résumé fourni par la source
ProofAML — European Union Sanctions & PEP Dataset (version 2026-09-03) — 6,933 resolved entity records across 2 sources. The EU's own Consolidated Financial Sanctions File and full MEP roster, EU-institution data only. Only two sources, but both are large, high-profile, non-thin, EU-institution-issued datasets (the EU's own consolidated sanctions file — the second-largest single sanctions list in the whole corpus after OFAC SDN — plus the complete current MEP roster). This is the one segment where source count (2) is below the general internal guideline of "3+ sources," carved out explicitly because each individual source clears 500+ entities and together they're a real EU-specific aggregation, not a padded-out single-source republish. Research snapshot — not current data; production sanctions screening requires a live, monitored feed. Overlap: This dataset overlaps with other ProofAML segment datasets and the master snapshot — entities are not unique to this file. See https://proofaml.com/sources/ for the full corpus and the other available segments. Licensing: the selection, arrangement, and entity-resolution layer of this compilation is licensed CC BY 4.0. Every individual record additionally carries its own upstream publisher's license (EU Commission Decision 2011/833/EU) — see the bundled NOTICE file for the full per-source breakdown before redistributing any individual record in isolation. Sources evaluated but excluded for licensing/availability reasons are listed transparently in manifest.json's "excluded" array.
