Le résumé fourni par la source

Aspergillaceae Link, Abh. K. Akad. Wiss. Berlin: 165 (1826) Notes. Aspergillaceae was established by Link (1826), with Aspergillus P. Micheli ex Haller designated as the type genus. Houbraken and Samson (2011) reinstated this family based on multi-locus phylogeny and recognized seven distinct clades. Some species in this family can tolerate extreme conditions, including high sugar and salt concentrations, low or high temperatures, low acidity, and low oxygen levels (Houbraken et al. 2014; Zhang et al. 2021). Aspergillaceae species are predominantly saprobic and commonly occur in soil, although some are plant and animal pathogens (Houbraken et al. 2014). Many species in this family are of great economic importance and are widely used in food fermentation, biotechnology, and biomedicine (Mogensen et al. 2009; Perrone et al. 2011; Houbraken et al. 2014). Morphologically, Aspergillaceae members are characterized by asci within cleistothecia or stromata, or enclosed by Hülle cells, and typically have oblate to ellipsoidal ascospores with a distinct furrow or slit (Houbraken and Samson 2011; Houbraken et al. 2014). Conidia are mostly formed on lanceolate, flask-shaped, or cylindrical phialides (Houbraken et al. 2014). Aspergillaceae is the most abundant family reported from cave environments, with 13 genera comprising over 315 species worldwide (Suppl. material 1: table S 2).
