SPIRAL: SPHEREx Pipeline for Infrared Recombination and Aromatic-Line Mapping

SPIRAL is the SPHEREx Pipeline for Infrared Recombination and Aromatic-Line Mapping. It provides code and documentation for constructing SPHEREx 3.3 micron aromatic-feature and Br-alpha maps from calibrated public SPHEREx L2 spectral-image products. The pipeline applies science-quality masks, subtracts the zodiacal foreground model, bins valid samples onto sky grids, fits local continua, and measures continuum surface brightness, integrated feature or line excess, uncertainty, signal-to-noise ratio, equivalent width, and wavelength provenance. This archive corresponds to version 0.1.0 of the LMC/SMC map-making release used for the associated Magellanic Clouds analysis. SPIRAL is also available on GitHub at https://github.com/cli-tsinghua/SPIRAL, where future maintenance and updates will be tracked.
