Replication Data and Materials for the Study of Agrobiodiversity and Food Security in Rural Coffee-Farming Households in Tolima, Colombia

This repository contains the anonymized dataset and replication materials associated with a study examining the relationship between agrobiodiversity and food security among rural coffee-farming households in Cocora, Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. The materials include productive and socioeconomic farm characteristics, species inventories, agrobiodiversity indicators, food security data, variable definitions and coding schemes, data transformation procedures, research instruments, and documentation of the statistical analyses used in the study. All personal identifiers and exact geographic information have been removed to protect participant confidentiality. The files have been organized and documented in English to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, verification, and potential reuse of the data by other researchers. The repository is intended to provide the information necessary to understand and reproduce the main analyses reported in the associated research article.
