We investigated the genomic basis of thermal tolerance, body size, and domestication in Delta Smelt from a conservation hatchery, and whether the genomic basis is rearing temperature dependent. Fish from varying levels of hatchery ancestry were bred and their offspring reared at either a cool or warm temperature. This dataset contains a VCF of the 87 parents and a VCF (with imputed genotypes) of ~3000 offspring used in this study.
