Revised scientific-baseline archive for the author-confirmed QiTeng R2 manuscript. The study supports a prespecified within-conventional-B IFN/ISG association in GSE174188 and source-label-defined independent replication in GSE135779. End-to-end reconstruction did not meet the B_ASC state-overlap criterion (R1 HOLD). Corrected source-label-independent external mapping failed primary-mapper calibration (C9R HOLD); no corrected external disease effects were estimated. The archive preserves these failed criteria and their supporting provenance. Regulatory and response analyses provide observational support, not causal binding, a unique upstream ligand or clinical utility. This version supersedes the initial archive, which predates the R1 and corrected external-mapping audits. It is a scientific reproducibility archive, not a journal submission or a peer-reviewed article.
