Processed municipal data and GIS analysis settings for a study of heat vulnerability across 251 South Korean municipalities in 2024. The study compares two index specifications: one including population density (HVI1) and one excluding it with the entropy weights recalculated (HVI2). FILES hvi1_population_density_included.csv — sectoral indices and the aggregate index with population density included. hvi2_population_density_excluded.csv — the same indices with population density excluded and the weights recalculated. indicator_data_and_spearman_ranks.csv — municipal indicator values, the two health-outcome measures, population, and the ranks used for the Spearman analysis. lisa_cluster_classification.xlsx — local cluster type under each specification, with the urban / rural grouping. life_safety_index_2024.csv — Life Safety Index, used for study-area description only. GIS_analysis_code_history.txt — ArcPy call history for projection, IDW interpolation, Global Moran's I, and cluster and outlier analysis. Health data are municipal aggregate counts published by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency; no individual-level information is included.
