AIRR-ML-25 is a community challenge designed to push the boundaries of state-of-the-art Machine learning methods for adaptive immune profiling. The challenge was organised in two phases, with the first phase as a Kaggle competition. The competition identified the top 10 methods and performed a stratified performance analysis in Phase-2.
