We present a complete derivation of the Hubble constant H0 within the DGKT5 framework, in which the cosmos is a fixed H14 hypersphere with T5 computational approximation. The model eliminates all free cosmological parameters, leaving only the absolute magnitude zero point M0 to be calibrated locally. The Hubble constant is not a free parameter: it emerges from the exact diameter of the L4s string as H0 = 67.210477 km/s/Mpc, in agreement with the best CMB measurement to within 11 ppm. Using the full Pantheon+ sample of 1701 Type Ia supernovae, the DGKT5 model achieves χ2 = 84842.61 with one free parameter, while the standard atΛCDM model, with three free parameters, yields χ2 = 85478.63. The AIC dierence is 640 points in favour of DGKT5. When H0 is left free with M0 xed, the tconverges to 67.2072 km/s/Mpc, within 0.0038 km/s/Mpc of the theoretical value. Six distant Cepheid galaxies (50-75 Mpc) exhibit a systematic 3.46% overestimate of H0 in raw calibration, which disappears after applying the DGKT5 geometric correction, converging to 67.21 ± 0.80 km/s/Mpc. Conversely, 12 nearby Cepheid galaxies show large inferred peculiar velocities up to ∼ 900 km/s, demonstrating the vectorial nature of light and the unreliability of local Cepheid calibration without individual velocity data. A residual dipole analysis of the Pantheon+ sample conrms that ΛCDM leaves a signicant anisotropic signal (2.54σ), while DGKT5 reduces it to a negligible 0.13σ without variance ination. The Hubble tension is resolved as a geometric projection eect of an anisotropic hyperspherical vacuum, not as a physical crisis requiring new physics.
