Le résumé fourni par la source
The study aimed to investigate the effects of hypoxia stress and infection with pectinolytic bacteria on changes in the cell wall architecture of potato tubers. Hypoxia stress increases the susceptibility of potato tubers to soft rot, a disease caused by pectinolytic bacteria. The deposited data comprise experiments involving potato tubers subjected to stress conditions, as well as analyses of the expression of selected genes involved in cell wall formation.
