Dysregulated apoptosis and aberrant angiogenesis are central pathological hallmarks that drive tumor initiation, progression, and therapy resistance. While pharmacological interventions target these processes, emerging evidence highlights the profound capacity of specific bioactive nutrients and physical exercise to synergistically modulate these same molecular networks. Rather than surveying broad dietary patterns, this review consolidates current mechanistic knowledge on how a highly targeted panel of bioactive compounds—specifically curcumin, quercetin, berberine, daidzein, vitamin D, and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids—interacts with structured exercise regimens. Together, these interventions orchestrate the upregulation of pro-apoptotic cascades (e.g., Bax, caspase-3) and the suppression of anti-apoptotic (e.g., Bcl-2) and pro-angiogenic factors (e.g., VEGF, HIF-1α). We explore the underlying intracellular signaling pathways that mediate these synergistic effects. By integrating molecular biology, pharmacology, and exercise oncology, this review underscores the translational potential of combining precision nutrition with lifestyle interventions, paving the way for innovative, multi-targeted adjunct therapies to improve oncological outcomes.
