Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis outputs from the brain RNA-seq dataset of the associated study on developmental brain transcriptomics in the central bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps), a species exhibiting temperature-induced sex reversal. Embryos were incubated at a female-producing temperature (28C, genetic ZW and ZZ individuals) or a male-to-female sex-reversing temperature (36C, genetic ZZ individuals) and sampled at three developmental stages (stage 6, 12 and 15). This dataset contains the complete GO enrichment results (separately for up- and down-regulated gene sets) for the same 15 pairwise comparisons reported in Supplementary File S1, including GO term ID, description, gene ratio, background ratio, enrichment statistics (RichFactor, FoldEnrichment, zScore), p-value, adjusted p-value, q-value, and member gene IDs. Each comparison is provided as a separate CSV file; see the included README.txt for file naming conventions and group definitions.
