Significantly differentially expressed genes, gonad dataset — Pogona vitticeps developmental transcriptome time series (Supplementary File S5)
Résumé fourni par la source
Significantly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from the gonad RNA-seq dataset of the associated study on developmental brain and gonad transcriptomics in the central bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps), a species exhibiting temperature-induced sex reversal. Embryos were incubated at a female-producing temperature (28°C, genetic ZW and ZZ individuals) or a male-to-female sex-reversing temperature (36°C, genetic ZZ individuals) and sampled at three developmental stages (stage 6, 12 and 15). This dataset contains the significantly differentially expressed genes (edgeR quasi-likelihood F-test / glmQLFTest, FDR < 0.05 and |log2 fold change| ≥ 1, Benjamini-Hochberg correction) for 15 pairwise comparisons in the gonad; the number of rows therefore varies by comparison. Columns: Gene_Name, Description, Higher_In, Lower_In, logFC, Fold_Change, logCPM, FDR. Each comparison is provided as a separate CSV file; see the included README.txt for file naming conventions and group definitions. Associated manuscript: "Transcriptomic time series of the developing embryonic brain in the sex-reversing dragon lizard".
