Reference implementation of a custody-delegation architecture for standards-based Digital Product Passports: a DPP service provider applies lifecycle operations under EN 18222/18223, while a legally separate data intermediation service provider stores and publicly delivers the passport. Custody is delegated per passport by a statement the data holder signs; no shared secret exists anywhere in the flow. A passport can be moved to a different custodian without changing any identifier, so the data carrier is never reprinted. Includes the delegation profile, a set of signed conformance vectors with an independent reference verifier, and the record of a run that moved a live passport between two custodians.
