Résumé fourni par la source

Living Cipher Analysis 003 examines sovereign clinical compute as an architecture and capital-allocation problem. It develops a quantitative framework for deciding how consequential clinical-AI infrastructure should be partitioned across edge, regional, cloud, FPGA, and custom-silicon substrates, and how non-recurring engineering (NRE), deployment economics, dependency, reversibility, and strategic control affect those decisions. The analysis connects technical architecture to infrastructure sovereignty by asking not only where computation should execute, but which capabilities, dependencies, and economic rents remain locally controllable as systems scale. It provides a structured basis for evaluating programmable versus fixed silicon, infrastructure investment, technology partnerships, and long-term computational sovereignty in emerging clinical-AI systems. Use and citation: This publication may be cited and discussed in research, technical, investment, and policy contexts with appropriate attribution to the author and Living Cipher Analysis. The public framework does not convey rights to Living Cipher proprietary scoring methods, implementation mechanisms, protected architecture, or other non-public intellectual property.
