Résumé fourni par la source

# Mouse Virtual Reality Uncertainty Interaction dataset ## Overview This repository contains mouse virtual-reality behavioral and two-photon calcium-imaging data from the Uncertainty Interaction / reward-location switch condition of the Uncertain Reward Task. The dataset includes the original two mice J7 and J8 recorded for the switch Uncertainty Interaction condition described in Tessereau et al., plus additional mice recorded using an extended version of the same task. In total, this repository contains data from 11 recorded mice. ## Methodological reference Tessereau C., Xuan F., Chen Z., Mellor J. R., Dayan P., Dombeck D. A. “Navigating uncertainty: reward location variability induces reorganization of hippocampal spatial representations.” bioRxiv: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.01.06.631465v2 ## Data format The main data are provided in original MATLAB `.mat` format. These files are the source/analysis-level files prepared for sharing. No additional metadata were inferred beyond the information available in the accompanying spreadsheets. ## Cohort Total recorded mice: 11. This includes J7 and J8 from the switch Uncertainty Interaction condition described in the methodological reference, plus additional mice recorded in the extended dataset. ## Contact For questions about the experimental protocol, raw acquisition, animal metadata, or reuse permissions, please contact the corresponding data owners / PI.
