luhdm: levitated-sensor ultraheavy dark matter analysis and v10 data release

Analysis code and data release for the first search for ultraheavy dark matter with a magnetically levitated particle (POLONAISE). The Python package holds the physics models -- the halo, atmospheric and overburden propagation, the straight-line-impulse cross section -- and the bridge to the optimum_interval statistics package, together with the scripts and notebooks that build the release and the figures of the paper. The release/ directory carries the v10 data release: two self-describing HDF5 cubes, one per dark-matter-fraction and atmospheric-propagation hypothesis, storing the optimum-interval extremeness, the expected detected signal and the expected number of in-reach transits over a grid in sensor mode, per-neutron coupling, dark-matter mass and mediator range, along with the measured per-mode efficiency curves, the impulse candidate lists and the live time. In v10 the halo is evaluated in the laboratory frame, at an Earth speed of 245 km/s recorded in the files' attributes. The code is GPL-3.0-or-later; the data in release/ is CC BY 4.0.
