This reproducibility package accompanies the manuscript Center, Orbit Decomposition, and Residual Fibers in the Triangular Lattice. It contains the LaTeX source and DOI-integrated PDF, exact and numerical shell and boundary datasets, manuscript figures, an independent verifier for the shell and radial-boundary results, and a second independent verifier for the general � incidence theorem. The main exact results include the canonical decomposition of each � graph-distance shell into � disjoint � centroid certificates, the exact transversal number � for that canonical orbit family, a one-triplet centered equilateral incidence fiber homeomorphic to �, the theorem that every strictly convex �-symmetric �-gon is incident to exactly two regular �-gons corresponding to the two perfect matchings of �, and the radial � specialization in which the incidence-fiber cardinality is � for �, � at �, and � for �.
