WheatIrrEvent30m is a 30-m regional winter wheat irrigation dataset across the North China Plain (NCP), China, covering three representative hydrological years (2019 dry year, 2020 wet year, and 2021 normal year). The dataset provides spatially explicit, field-scale information on irrigation timing (DOY), single-event volume (mm), annual cumulative frequency (times), and seasonal total water depth (mm). The dataset was generated using the Knowledge-Guided Stacked-differential-window Neural-network (KGSN) framework driven by Sentinel-1 SAR observations, continuous soil moisture dynamics, CHIRPS precipitation, and soil properties. This dataset provides discrete, field-scale irrigation driving information and can serve as input for grid-based crop models and regional water resource allocation studies.
