v1.0.0 — Manuscript submission reproducibility freeze Initial public release of the reproducibility bundle associated with: Referral concentration, hospital volume, and in-hospital mortality after traumatic brain injury in Latin America: a four-country health-systems analysis, 2015–2023 This release contains the frozen analysis-code lineage (v2.5 → v2.8.7), harmonisation/source documentation, statistical-analysis plan and amendments, selected non-identifiable aggregate outputs, QC artifacts, Supplementary Data 1, and SHA-256 integrity checksums. Raw patient-level national discharge data are not redistributed. Source portals and analytic roles are documented in source_manifest.csv. Analytic scope Brazil and Mexico support longitudinal hospital-volume and between-/within-hospital analyses. Chile and Ecuador support admission-level temporal/outcome analyses but not the primary longitudinal hospital-volume inference. Freeze status This release corresponds to the manuscript-submission analytic freeze. No additional hypothesis-generating analyses are included beyond the documented v2.8.7 stopping rule.
