Data belonging to PhD thesis chapter 'Adaptation of budding yeast polarization dynamics over evolutionary recovery'
Résumé fourni par la source
Data underlying Chapter 4 of the PhD thesis by Marieke Glazenburg. This chapter aimed to characterize polarization phenotypes in terms of protein localization dynamics over an evolutionary recovery trajectory. Data was acquired through live cell imaging and plate reader assays for growth characterization. The dataset contains the following components:Live cell imaging data of individual cropped polarization events and derived observables for all single-channel conditions mentioned in the chapter (folder polarization_events, Figure 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, S4.3, S4.4, S4.8, S4.9 and S4.10).Live cell imaging data of individual polarization events from two-channel imaging of Gic2PBD-3xGFP and Spa2-mCherry (folder two_channel_imaging, Figure S4.7)Growth curve data (folder growth_curves, Figure 4.1, S4.1, S4.5 and S4.6)Cell morphology data (folder morphology, Figure 4.1 and S4.2)Budding angle data (folder budding_angles, Figure 4.2, 4.3 and S4.3)Code for the analysis of growth curve and morphology data (folder code) Methods and analysis are described in detail in the Chapter. Analysis code for deriving observables from the polarization events can be found in a previously published repository: https://doi.org/10.4121/9ba6dd7a-9d63-404e-bb8b-5f91c46cab99
