Shikmim Research Dataset and Dashboard

This record contains the research dataset, interactive dashboard, and associated code for the Shikmim project, which documents and analyzes sycamore fig trees (Ficus sycomorus), their spatial distribution, measured characteristics, avenues, and associated survey polygons. The deposited materials provide a fixed snapshot of the research data and the code used to display, summarize, and analyze them. The release is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, long-term preservation, and citation of the dataset underlying the research. The repository includes the dataset used by the dashboard (data.json), the interactive dashboard and application code, styling files, and supporting scripts used to generate and serve the public research interface.
