Le résumé fourni par la source

Dataset OverviewThis dataset comprises single-cell transcriptomic profiles of endothelial cells isolated from developing organ primordia across three species: human, monkey, and mouse. The data captures critical developmental windows corresponding to early organogenesis stages.Data InformationSingle‑cell expression data and metadata for human, macaque, and mouseThe data are organized in the ShinyCellMulti folder. Three sets of files are provided, each prefixed by species name:Human_* – human embryonic samples, 8-12 post-conception weeks (PCW)Macaque_* – macaque embryonic samples, 7-8 PCWMouse_* – mouse embryonic samples, day 14.5 (E14.5)Each set includes expression matrices (e.g., count matrix) and corresponding cell metadata (e.g., cell annotations, cluster assignments, sample information). The file format follows the standard ShinyCellMulti structure, which is compatible with the ShinyCell framework for interactive single‑cell data visualization and exploration. These data can also be used to reproduce the main analyses of our study, particularly when combined with the provided frozen R 3.6.3 environment specifications (R3.6_library.zip).Human_8-12PCW.hg38.Seurat.RDS: A Seurat object (RDS format) containing human embryonic single‑cell transcriptomic data from 8 to 12 PCW. Reads were aligned to the GRCh38 (hg38) reference genome. The object includes the expression matrix (UMI counts), cell metadata (e.g., cell type annotations, developmental stage, organ origin), dimension reduction embeddings (UMAP), and clustering results used in the main analyses of this study.
