v1.0.1 Zenodo archival release of the Immunochemotherapy TME Omics Modeling project. This is a metadata-only follow-up to v1.0.0 created after the GitHub repository was enabled in the Zenodo integration. The scientific and analytical payload is unchanged from v1.0.0. The release provides analytical scripts, metadata, derived tables, figures, reports, and modeling outputs supporting the DTR-K chemoimmunotherapy systems-oncology framework. Raw GEO datasets and confidential co-author/manuscript-review materials are not redistributed.
