Résumé fourni par la source

The Python analysis script supporting the study “From Technical Potential to Operating Capacity: A Multi-Model Assessment of Solar and Wind Realization Gaps Across Emerging-Market and Developing Economies.” The script reconstructs the analytical panels, estimates the statistical and predictive models, and generates the numerical outputs reported in the study from the documented public data sources and the February 2026 Global Energy Monitor solar and wind tracker workbooks. The GEM workbooks are not redistributed because source-specific reuse conditions apply. For steps to reproduce - check readme file. Note: The Global Energy Monitor source workbooks are not included in this repository because their redistribution is subject to source-specific terms. Users should obtain the corresponding February 2026 releases directly from Global Energy Monitor. License: the python script is licensed under MIT, and any other dataset used in the study are under their own terms of use/License.
