selexprep v0.4.0
Résumé fourni par la source
selexprep is an accession-first preprocessing tool for public HT-SELEX data. From an INSDC accession or local FASTQs, it infers the library's 5′/3′ constant regions directly from the reads and emits trimmed per-round random-region FASTAs, count tables, and a reproducibility manifest — refusing rather than fabricating primers when the library cannot be inferred. It additionally ships a source-cited curated experimental-metadata layer over 240 (06/07/2026 public SELEX deposits. This deposit archives version 0.3.0, the version described in the accompanying Bioinformatics Application Note. It contains the software source, the bundled discovery catalog and curated metadata layer, and the benchmark/test data.
