Analysis code and generated result datasets for a metabolite-aware pharmacokinetic simulation of missed imatinib doses in chronic myeloid leukemia. A two-compartment parent model coupled to a long-lived active metabolite (N-desmethyl-imatinib, CGP74588) is used to test whether the metabolite increases imatinib's forgiveness of missed doses at 400 and 600 mg once daily. The analysis is fully deterministic under a fixed random seed (20260606): Rscript R/run_all.R regenerates every reported value, every figure and the journal artwork byte-for-byte.
