Computational assessment of oral contraceptive forgiveness: model and analysis pipeline
Résumé fourni par la source
R implementation of an integrated population-pharmacokinetic and quantitative systems pharmacology model of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, used to quantify the missed-dose tolerance (forgiveness) of five oral contraceptive formulations across pack positions, CYP3A4 status and body weight. Includes the full Monte-Carlo pipeline, the calibration, validation and sensitivity analyses, and every result table reported in the accompanying paper. The pipeline is deterministically seeded and was verified reproducible end to end from cleared checkpoints. Accompanies the manuscript “Computational assessment of oral contraceptive forgiveness: an in silico quantitative systems pharmacology and PK-PD study of missed-dose tolerance for ovulation suppression”.
