Reference (unloaded) configuration simulations in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients
Résumé fourni par la source
If you use this dataset, please cite it along with the original publication of Rodero et al. "Computational models show that functional remodeling, not anatomy, reshapes physiological determinants of cardiac performance in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy", Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology (2026)" https://doi.org/10.1016/j.yjmcc.2026.08.002. One unloaded configuration per sample (converged runs only). Starting from the imaged, pressurised geometry, an iterative unloading procedure estimates the stress-free reference configuration; the resulting reference node coordinates are stored in reference.bpts. The converged mechanical state and boundary data are in final_data/ (chamber volumes and pressures, solver logs), and unloading.log records the iteration history. The anatomical mesh is not included, so reference.bpts gives the unloaded node coordinates in the node ordering of the four-chamber mesh (available in the related repository). Input parameters and values are also included in each sample folder (parameters.par).
