Supplementary Materials for the article "2D Adaptive Multi-Interval Scale (AMIS): Method for Per-Cell Normalization and Visualization of Spatial Heterogeneous Data"
Résumé fourni par la source
This dataset contains the results of applying the author's per-cell 2D Adaptive Multi-Interval Normalization (2D AMIS) method to echocardiographic video sequences (228 frames, 112×112 grid). It includes raw data (raw_tensor.npy), AMIS-normalized data (amis_tensor.npy), time-averaged images (raw_mean.npy, amis_mean.npy), per-cell adaptive scales (cell_scales.csv), AMIS multi-graph for heterogeneous data (Multi_AMIS_table_step1.xlsx), as well as software and scripts for reproducing the results. The method transforms spatially distributed heterogeneous data into a unified metric space of 0-100 points, ensuring correct comparison of areas with different statistical characteristics. These materials are an integral part of the article and ensure full reproducibility of the results.
