Research Compendium For 'A multi-isotope database and updated isoscapes of Amazonian wood for ecological and forensic applications'
Résumé fourni par la source
This repository contains the datasets, geospatial products, and reproducible R scripts associated with the manuscript: Souza-Silva, I. M. et al. A multi-isotope database and updated isoscapes of Amazonian wood for ecological and forensic applications. Earth System Science Data. It provides a harmonized multi-isotope database for Amazonian wood integrating carbon (delta13C, bulk wood and alpha-cellulose), nitrogen (delta15N, bulk wood), oxygen (delta18O, alpha-cellulose), and strontium (87Sr/86Sr, bulk wood) measurements from 915 individual trees sampled at 63 sites across seven Brazilian states (Acre, Amapa, Amazonas, Mato Grosso, Para, Rondonia, and Roraima). The database combines newly generated measurements with previously published data within a single standardized framework, together with predictive isoscapes, spatial uncertainty layers, and Sampling Priority Index (SPI) products for ecological and forensic applications.
