Health and Recreational Technologies in the Educational Process of Higher Education

The article discusses the current problem of introducing health and recreational technologies into the higher education system in the context of modern challenges. The dynamics of the health status of students is analyzed, the main risk factors in the educational environment associated with digitalization and intensification of academic work are identified. The essence of the concepts of "wellness technologies" and "physical recreation" is revealed, their classification and potential application in higher education are presented. Special attention is paid to a differentiated approach to the organization of classes, the use of recreational tourism facilities and the formation of students' motivation for a healthy lifestyle as a necessary condition for the professional training of competitive specialists.
