Le résumé fourni par la source
When designing modern braking devices, it is necessary to follow two rules: the first is to change the braking characteristics with minimal overall dimensions of structures; the second is to have a feedback control system that takes into account a large number of external factors and adapt the braking characteristics to changing operating conditions. The designs of brake devices with electromechanical drive are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, conclusions were drawn about the extremely low reliability of the electrical part of the braking devices, despite the rapid adaptation of the braking device to changing external conditions. In addition to the designs of the electromechanical brake actuator, a literary review of sources devoted to the creation of electropneumatic brake control systems was conducted. The analyzed work led to the conclusion that despite the presence of an electronic control system, the pneumatic braking system has significant inertia in operation. Based on two rules for the design of a braking device, the structure of a future braking device has been developed, which includes a base – a pneumatic system that ensures operability, and an electromechanical mechanism for regulating braking forces during braking, depending on changing external factors.
