Reproducibility artifacts for the book chapter To Patch, To Rebuild, To Rejuvenate? A Longitudinal Reliability Analysis of CWE's Top 25 using the Grottke-Trivedi Taxonomy (Ricardo J. Rodríguez, in honor of Prof. Kishor S. Trivedi, Springer, 2026). The repository contains the cascading heuristic classifier that maps MITRE CWE entries to the Grottke-Trivedi fault classes (Bohrbug / Mandelbug / Aging-Related Bug), the manually labeled gold standard (39 Top 25 CWEs, 2019-2025, plus a 50-entry low-confidence stratum), the independent second-annotator blind labels and inter-rater agreement scripts (Cohen's κ, Krippendorff's α, bootstrap CIs), an LLM-as-classifier baseline, and the longitudinal scraping/plotting pipeline that reproduces every figure and table in the chapter.
