Le résumé fourni par la source
To overcome the limitations of gas–liquid–solid pre-separation of high-viscosity produced liquids, this paper proposes an efficient cyclone pre-separation scheme and investigates the underlying physical mechanisms of interphase migration, with particular attention to liquid carry-over (LCO) and gas carry-under (GCU). Numerical simulations are performed using the Mixture multiphase model and the Reynolds stress model to analyze the multiphase separation characteristics in the pre-separator. The effects of structural parameters on vortex core stability, phase distribution, and separation performance are revealed. A rational matching of structural parameters, guided by response surface methodology, improves separation efficiency while effectively suppressing LCO and GCU. This work elucidates the multiphase separation physics of high-viscosity produced liquids in a cyclone pre-separator and extends the application of cyclone separation technology to produced liquid pretreatment.
